1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Dispatch (the "Service"), operated by EGC Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Dispatch is a multi-platform application for launching, managing, and interacting with headless AI coding agents. The Service provides a WebSocket bridge between your local environment and AI provider CLIs, along with desktop and mobile client applications.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to your code, prompts, and session content. Agent Dispatch does not claim ownership of any content you create or process through the Service. We do not access, review, or store your code beyond what is necessary for the real-time relay to function.

7. AI Provider Terms

Agent Dispatch connects to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the output, availability, or behavior of third-party AI services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGC Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
